How to buy

To buy a solo, you must have a swipe, so be sure to add it on Settings > My Swipe.

At Safe-Swaps every solo mailing usually takes five easy steps:

  1. You find a seller
  2. You send a solo request and wait for its approval.
  3. After approval, you send the payment.
  4. Seller sends "All Set" notice to you, confirming that your swipe has been queued.
  5. You analyze the traffic and post a rating.

1. Find a Seller

Hover Search menu and select number of clicks you wish to buy in a row, called Solo.

You'll see a list of members, who sell solos at this moment. All sellers are divided by total number of clicks they are able to deliver from a single mailing. Let's take a look at typical search result:

#1. How much time this person has been a Prime member of Safe-Swaps.

#2. Reputation, based on the marks from past solo buyers. In this example Todd Nguyen received 253 positive ratings and zero negatives.

#3 - 100 clicks. Price for 100 clicks. This number is being counted automatically, no matter how many clicks seller has for sale.

#3 - Clicks.  Total number of clicks seller is able to deliver from a single mailing.

#3 - Reliability. Don't waste your time on red reliability sellers. Read about reliability.

#4. Last time we've seen this person online on Safe-Swaps.

2. Send Solo Proposal

Click orange "Buy Solo" button and you’ll see a window, which will help you to send a solo mailing request, there you can pick how many clicks you wish to purchase,  the mailing date and your swipe.

Click "Send Proposal" and proposal will be sent to the seller for a review.

In 3 days or less the seller accept or reject your solo request. You'll have only 3 days to send the money.

Solo will be added to your solo manager (Solos link at the top menu).

While you are waiting for seller to decide, you can book more solos from other sellers.

3. Send Payment

Once the seller has accepted your request, you’ll get a notice by email and the solo mailing cell will change its status.

Click "Pay" and the system will send you to PayPal to complete the ordering process. You have only 3 days to send the money. After you send the money, system will mark your solo as paid automatically and hide "Pay" button from the cell.

If you don't send the money within 3 days, the solo mailing will be cancelled and you'll loose 100 points on your profile

If You Paid, But System Still Shows "Pay" Button

If 15 minutes after you receive an email from PayPal about a successful payment, the system still shows the "Pay" button, then the system didn't receive a payment confirmation.

This could happen in only two cases:

1. If you paid outside Safe-Swaps, your order will not be marked as paid automatically. You'll have to ask the seller to mark your order as paid in their solo manager.

2. If you paid inside Safe-Swaps (via the "Pay" button), but the system didn't mark your order as paid, it is most likely that your seller has misconfigured their PayPal account.

In both cases your seller has to mark your order as "Paid" manually. Just send them a message with your transaction ID as proof of payment and ask them to manually mark your solo as paid.

4. Receive "All Set" Confirmation

Once payment has been processed,  the seller will receive confirmation. The cell will change.

Now the seller will queue your swipe into their autoresponder and send you an "All Set" confirmation. Nothing is needed from you to be done on this point. All set confirmation is just a notice that your swipe has been queued.
